Here is the latest market update for Leyden Rock and Leyden Ranch as of Feb 28, 2017.  In the past 6 months 53 homes sold.  This includes resale homes and some builder spec homes as well.  Prices ranged from 730k to a low of 418k.  Homes are selling anywhere from 80% of list price up to 109% of list price, depending on Amenities, location etc.  Price per sq ft varies as well, from as low at $133 per sq foot up to $275 per sq foot, so location and amenities really affect price here.  All of these homes were built in 2014 or newer.  There are currently 37 active properties on the market, both spec homes that are brand new, and resale homes.
